Please meet the newest addition to our farm…. DUCKS!
Laura has been wanting ducks for the past few months so for her birthday guess what she got --- Yep, ducklings… 15 fuzzy, active, waddling ducklings. The are so much more active than chicks and they are tricky to hold because they keep trying to crawl through your hands.
In case you are wondering the ducks are NOT living in the house… they were only in here long enough to take a picture.
There will be more pictures to come… They are about a week old already and are growing fast!
Mom’s question is “Are there any animals that Old Mc.Donald had that we don’t???” Good question!

Well, my golden book says that Old McDonald had turkeys... I hope that none of you get a hankering for them! We have them at one time - and I would not recommend it.
